Every member of our team has had direct responsibility for commercial and customer experience in B2B, B2C and B2B2C environments, in Australia and internationally.

  • Kristie Atkins

    Managing Director

    A multi-award winning, commercial growth leader, Kristie has been honoured as Entrepreneur of the Year (B&T Women in Media), Australian Marketing Institute Life Member and Fellow, Australasia’s top Certified Practising Marketer and Fellow and Chartered Marketer of peak global body, Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is a member of AICD, an awards judge for the Australian Loyalty Association, B&T Women in Media, B&T 30 under 30 and an international jury member for the Dragons of Asia. Kristie previously served as divisional Managing Director for Village Roadshow, Chief Operating Officer of Waivpay, Chief Commercial Officer for former marketing services giant Ovato and Director of Sales for Event Hospitality & Entertainment. She is Non-Executive Director for leading medical research institute HMRI (and Chairs HMRI Foundation), is on the board of Australian Marketing Institute and has just completed five years on the board of Restaurant & Catering Industry Association Australia. She is on the advisory board of international fashion company Azura Runway and digital marketplace for unique and unused spaces, Vennu.

  • Prataal Raj

    Executive Director

    A strategic and creative thinker with a proven ability to deliver business goals, Prataal has worked around the world in events, sports, technology, marketing and commercial law. Amongst others, he has served as Chief Operating Officer for the principal industry body for data-driven marketing and advertising ADMA, as CEO Australasia for Waivpay, Chief of Strategy for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, as Head of Brand and Legal for the International Cricket Council, Secretary General for Formula One Promoters Association and Chief Executive Officer for the Rugby Union Players Association. Prataal is responsible for the deal which has kept the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, the Moto GP in Phillip Island and created Sydney’s FIFA fan fest.     

  • Jo Rao

    General Manager- Marketing

    A strategic and commercially minded business leader, Jo has had responsibility for high performing brands across lifestyle, entertainment, health services, hospitality, retail, FMCG and sport. She is a Certified Practising Marketer that has held leadership roles with Event Cinemas, the West Coast Eagles, the West Australian Football Commission (Subiaco Oval), Cash Converters and the now Blackhawk Network owned Edge, where she led some of Australia’s most prolific customer engagement and gift card programs. A career marketer, Jo serves as the Membership Lead for the Australian Marketing Institute’s Victorian State Committee and participates as a Mentor for young marketers as part of the Victorian Government’s Digital Jobs program. An exceptional communicator, she is an advocate for empowering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Stephen Myers-Los

    Chief Technology Officer

    A skilled technologist, business analyst, project manager and communicator, Stephen devises and builds solutions that help businesses adapt to changing operational needs and develop strong, engaged online communities. Bringing some 20 years of experience in dedicated technology businesses together with prolific brands including GE Money, Aegis and Unified Healthcare Group, Stephen is the brains behind the leading international networking platform for associations Trybz and a director of Pacific Digital Consultants. He is passionate about developing high performing teams to build customer centric technical solutions and has this year been named APAC Insider’s Most Innovative Social Networking Chief.

  • Laurie Iacuone

    General Manager Clients & Partnerships

    A natural networker, highly accomplished relationship and service-oriented professional, Laurie has worked with hundreds of Australia’s most recognisable brands, responsible for partnership and client related activity. She has led the strategic recruitment and onboarding of partners for Good Food, Gourmet Traveller, Village Roadshow, The Card Network and many others. Deeply skilled in commercial strategy and go-to-market plans, Laurie is accustomed to leading diverse teams in agile, technology focused environments and growing businesses through strong, long-term relationships. 

  • Matthew Brooks

    Chief Financial Officer

    A commercially focused and highly skilled finance leader, Matthew is a Chartered Accountant with two decades of experience. He has held leadership roles with global agencies including Omnicom, Publicis and WPP, gaining extensive experience in promotional marketing, rewards, incentives, advertising and loyalty. Matthew seamlessly blends agile and structured finance and risk methodologies to implement best practices, while being a trusted advisor and optimising processes to deliver sustained business growth.

Giving back

At Wink, we believe our industry is only as strong as the people it inspires. Our team is passionate about mentoring the next wave of talent, whether they’re students, early career professionals or future leaders finding their footing. Through programs such as the Australian Marketing Institute’s Emerging Marketers initiative and other grassroots mentoring efforts, we share our time, knowledge and networks to help shape future leaders and keep the industry vibrant.

Beyond mentorship, we roll up our sleeves to support causes that matter. Whether it’s offering pro bono strategy for not-for-profits, donating our time at industry and charity events or lending our expertise to organisations doing good, giving back is built into how we work.
